Nice to be back on the water after such a long time.

Nothing special about the conditions but it was a nice session. Relieved to find I'd not forgotten too much (apart from the need for suncream on my feet which are now red and sore on the tops...).

Totally unfit though - aching pretty much everywhere. which is actually a good feeling!
